Sandie
At the age of only four weeks old Sandie was taken from her family when they were killed for the bushmeat trade and was one of the smallest orphans we've ever received at Mefou. Being too small to be sold for meat she was found inside a plastic bag being transported by a trafficker. Sandie is now growing up in the safety of the Ape Action Africa sanctuary, living amongst other chimpanzees where she continues to develop each day.
When you come to check out you can elect to 'go green' and have the sponsor pack electronically sent out, helping conserve our planet’s resources and minimise costs for Ape Action Africa, or have a printed version of the pack sent via the post.
If you are sponsoring Sandie as a gift you will be prompted to provide information about the recipient and how you would like the pack sent to them.
