Welcome Julieta!

We are very pleased to welcome Julieta Mota to the Ape Action Africa team. Julieta is the new head of our veterinary department, and since her arrival, she has been busy taking care of our rescued primates and settling into life in the forest. Originally from Mexico, Julieta has worked in several animal hospitals as well as one of our fellow PASA sanctuaries, Tacugama Chimpanzee Sanctuary in Sierra Leone. Julietta says, "I am glad to be part of the Ape Action Africa family, and I'm looking forward to this new adventure." We're delighted to have her with us!
